Executive - Business Development - IT (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

A rapidly growing offshore software development company is looking for a bright, sharp and knowledgeable individual to drive the execution of their business development strategy. The company is in aggressive expansion mode and looking to capitalize on international growth.

The Business Development Executive will be a key member of a global business development team working closely with customers and stakeholders. This position is based in Ahmedabad, India. This includes identifying prospects, generating leads, gathering high-level business requirements, call logging and meticulous follow-ups.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry.

- Responsible for generating new business opportunities.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

- Promote and sell IT services to potential clients.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition.

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns.

- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

Skillset Required :

- Lead Generation, B2B Marketing, Communication Skills, Sales, Interpersonal Skills and IT service management

Qualification

- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, an MBA, or an advanced degree is a plus.

- Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.

- Experience in the IT industry or related fields.
