Role & responsibilities

• Reading and analysis of the Contracts
• Drafting Contract Appreciation Document (CAD)
• Drafting of contractual correspondence and maintaining all the correspondence / documents
• Extension of Time (EOT): Raising time extension claims in every 6 months or as situation dictates, whichever is earlier. Ensuring that extension of time (EOT) is submitted with a proper delay analysis
• Preparation of contractual letters, claims, variations on all ongoing issues viz. land acquisition issues, charted and uncharted utilities, claim for extension of time, change in scope order/change orders, non BOQ works, new rates claim, delay damages, extended stay claims etc.
• Insurance Claims: Maintaining insurance policies and timely initiate claims with concerned department/person in case of occurrence of related events and get it realized

Preferred candidate profile

Min Educational Qualification: Full time BE/BTech-Civil

Desired Educational Qualification: MTech/MBA/PGDM Construction Mgmt

3 - 10 years experience as Contracts Engineer in Underground Metro, Elevated Metro, Bridge, Elevated Road, Highway projects
