Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in entire debt, equity, mezzanine and working capital financing for projects as per Company requirements.

- Preparation of detailed project reports and/or information memorandum or placement memorandum or similar documents for submission to financial institutions and banks.

- Preparation of financial modeling for the projects for fund raising and to study the viability of the projects.

- Appraisal at various financial institutions / banks; follow up for sanctions & syndication.

- Monitoring and controlling finance costs, should minimize finance cost and tenor through refinancing options.

- Work closely with the project development team to identify, analyze, and execute the most optimum financing solution for projects.

- Co-ordinating due diligence and financial closure process for financing.

- Maintaining relationships with the banks & financial institutions at appropriate levels.

- Issuance of Bank Guarantees, Letters of credit, as required

- Preparation of Monthly Stock and debtors' statement (MSOD) and timely submission to the bank

- Develop and document due diligence methodology, budget process and goals - Responsible for achieving a diligence ready state & maintaining thereafter

- Credit rating of the Company/projects.

- Ensuring compliance to covenants and obligations under financing documents - delivery of a monthly compliance report to CEO.

- Alert the management to any possible/potential deviations from covenants in advance and suggest mitigating strategies.

- Follow-up and comparative analysis of financing taken by competitors.

- Preparing MIS, which presents both technical and financial data to management monthly, which in turn helps in management Financial Analysis operational decision making.

- Collate data on funding and fundraising ensuring consistency and comparability.
