Senior IT Engineer - Salesforce Service Cloud (m/w/d)

The position will be part of a global team of IT professionals under Sales Platform Services team focused on development and support of Salesforce cloud solutions utilizing agile implementation methodologies. The candidate will have a record of success in developing and deploying Salesforce Cloud solutions and improving processes.

In this role, youre in charge of the following tasks:

• Responsibility of Salesforce development.
• Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject-matter experts to identify, develop and deploy solutions to business problems.
• Developing, programming and ensuring the quality of the code
• Ability to carry out the DevOps/Deployment tasks.
• Collaboration with the business consultants
• Mentoring the junior team members
• Ensuring the application management

• Master s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 6+ year of Salesforce development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce primary clouds (Sales, Service & Experience).
