Were looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (SOS!) to join our sales enablement team and become the backbone of our growth engine. Youll work directly with the Head of Growth (a Chartered Accountant whos been in your shoes) and collaborate with marketing and finance teams to create a seamless sales process.

What Youll Do:
Create killer decks and proposals that wow our clients and help close deals.
Draft engagement letters and manage billing inputs to keep the revenue engine running smoothly.
Draft and review NDAs, and Scope of Work (SOW) documents with accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain a rigorous back-office structure to empower our front-end sales team.
Dive into account-based marketing and assist with outbound outreach to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain and enhance relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication.
Be the go-to person for all things sales enablement because youll own it!
Who You Are:
A finance graduate (BCom/BMS) with a flair for communication.
A fresher or someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in business development.
Excel ninja you know your way around spreadsheets and love organizing data.
A quick learner with a hunger to grow and a willingness to work hard.
Someone whos detail-oriented but can also think big picture.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You:
Have a creative streak and love designing visually appealing presentations.
Are curious about sales strategies and want to learn the art of closing deals.
Have a sense of humor and dont take yourself too seriously (were a fun team, after all!).
