Sales Operations experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Salesforce reporting.

Creating and managing orders and contracts on Salesforce in close coordination with our commercial, finance and legal teams.
Providing guidance and support to sales representatives on deal structuring ensuring compliance with company policies.
Assisting the sales team with due diligence questionnaires, in collaboration with our legal, product and data teams.
Working closely with, and providing support to, the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales processes and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborating with the Salesforce team to identify issues that require troubleshooting.
Providing recurring and ad hoc Salesforce and Excel reports
Proactively monitoring and maintaining high quality accurate reporting, ensuring everyone is consistently following the business processes.
Overseeing data integrity and updating of Salesforce.
Updating training material on Confluence.
Providing on-boarding assistance to the Sales team.
Helping organise internal and external events, including management of registrations and post-event attendee follow up.
Providing onsite logistics support during live webinars.
Any ad hoc admin duty and projects as required.

Sales Operations Specialists are client-facing and provide core support to our Sales and Sales Operations teams, ensuring effective and successful client interaction. They are also responsible for regular reporting and reviewing subscription contracts whilst ensuring data integrity of the CRM system.
This position will require flexibility and the drive to go beyond the core hours when needed, ensuring we all fulfil our goals.
