Content Writer - Policy & Procedure Overhaul

Roles & Responsibility

• Skilled writer with a strong understanding of procedural documentation and experience in creating clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Detail-oriented individual who can translate complex information into easily understandable content for a diverse audience.
• Identify and recommend strategies to improve the user experience of policy and procedure documentation, including:
• the use of clear and concise language;
• breakdown of complex topics into smaller, more manageable chunks;
• incorporating visuals where appropriate and;
• using a consistent style guide and formatting.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the Support organization to gather information, ensure accuracy, and obtain content approvals.
• Effectively communicate with the Knowledge Management Program Manager and other stakeholders on content progress, challenges, and successes.
• Conduct thorough reviews and proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality content standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging documentation for a variety of audiences.
• Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
