Pega Developer - CSA/CSSA Certified (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience (Relevant Experience above 5-6 yrs only)

PEGA Certification :

- Possessing PEGA certifications demonstrates a strong understanding of PEGA technology and its methodologies.

- Should be certified in PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) and PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

PEGA Development Experience :

- Prior experience in PEGA development is crucial.

- Familiarity with PEGA's platform capabilities, rules, and tools is necessary to effectively design and implement PEGA applications.

- Experience in building workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and business rules using PEGA is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of PEGA PRPC : PEGA PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) is the core development platform for PEGA applications.

- Having a good understanding of PRPC, its architecture, and its development tools.

Database Skills :

PEGA applications often interact with databases for data storage and retrieval.

- Proficiency in working with databases, such as SQL knowledge for writing queries and understanding database concepts, is valuable for a PEGA Developer.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

- PEGA Developers need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design efficient solutions.

- They should be capable of understanding complex systems and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and understanding business needs.

- PEGA Developers often work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members, so the ability to communicate ideas and solutions clearly is important.

Agile Methodologies :

- Familiar with Agile principles, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile environments.
