Consulting Solution Manager

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families. Works directly with Consulting sales to analyze customer business needs.

E2E Architect and Technical Management

Direct engagement with business & IT stakeholders in customers & experience in handling project deliveries (preferred with preference to Oracle Technologies)

Good understanding across technologies covering BSS/OSS domain specially Charging & Billing, OSM and UIM

Able to enable new channels of engagement with vendors and telecom service providers for data modelling and able to define inventory & discovery reconciliation models.

Understand process flows, automation requirements to enable Order Management for Network Build through OSM/UIM and Charging & Billing.

Active role in Scoping, planning and estimation for deliverables during pre-sales as well as during project deliveries.

Should possess awareness of Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution

Able to defend solution, estimations, timelines, deliverables with the customer, negotiate and able to present across CxO level.

Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review.

Exposure to cloud native technologies is desirable.

Strong proficiency in operating systems (Unix/Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and application servers (WebLogic).

Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.

Problem-Solving:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions for complex billing challenges.

Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications:Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.

Experience with relational database systems and/or similar technologies will be an asset.

Experience with Oracle OSM or integration of other fulfillment products into CRM systems would be a great asset.

Technical expertise with Java, JMS, JDBC, REST APIs, Eclipse

Have good knowledge on Implementation technologies, such as, Java, XML, XQuery, Webservices, WebLogic, RDBMS, etc.

Knowledge of telecom industry frameworks TMF (Open APIs and ODA)

Should possess hands-on in OSM installation and have good knowledge on troubleshooting the installation and configuration issues.

Should have good working knowledge in UNIX / LINUX environment / Unix Shell Scripts.

Responsibilities 

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Responsible for transitioning deal knowledge to implementation team. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
