HR Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR processes and employee lifecycle management. This role will involve handling HR administration, recruitment support, employee records management, compliance, and HRMS updates, ensuring all processes align with company policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS)
• Assist in preparing HR reports related to recruitment, employee engagement, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the on-boarding process for new employees, including documentation, inductions, and orientation programs
• Support the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring return of company assets, and processing final settlements
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation by gathering necessary employee data, ensuring accuracy, and timely submission.
• Maintain records for employee benefits, such as health insurance, and ensure timely processing of claims and enrolments.
• Ensure HR practices comply with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, including contracts, policy manuals, and other employee-related documents.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR administration, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
