SAP S/4 HANA QM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM modules in an S/4HANA environment. You will work closely with business teams to ensure the effective integration of quality management processes within SAP S/4HANA, contributing to the success of key projects and the ongoing optimization of quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. S/4HANA Implementation:
   • Lead the SAP QM module implementation in S/4HANA, including business process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
   • Engage in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
2. Business Process Optimization:
   • Analyze current business processes and provide recommendations to streamline and optimize quality management processes.
   • Align business requirements with SAP QM functionality, ensuring quality processes are implemented as per the clients needs.
3. Configuration and Integration:
   • Configure the SAP QM module (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management).
   • Work on the integration of SAP QM with other SAP modules like MM, PP, SD, and PM.
   • Ensure seamless data flow between SAP QM and other systems or modules as part of the integrated landscape.
4. User Training and Documentation:
   • Create training materials and deliver training sessions to business users on SAP QM functionality and best practices.
   • Provide end-user support and ensure users are adequately trained to handle day-to-day operations within SAP QM.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define requirements, create solution designs, and deliver effective results.
   • Ensure proper documentation of configurations, processes, and customizations to enable smooth project handover.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• SAP QM Expertise: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) module configuration and implementation.
• S/4HANA Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations (QM module), with strong knowledge of the S/4HANA landscape and enhancements.
• End-to-End Project Implementation: Experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Expertise in integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM, and other third-party applications.
• Process Optimization: Strong understanding of quality management processes such as Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Goods Receipt, Non-conformance Management, and Audits.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions in a high-pressure environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present solutions clearly.
• Certification: SAP QM certification (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Consultant should be ready to move to onsite if required.
