1-3 years of experience in software testing specially Life Asia and Web applications Life Insurance Knowledge is a must Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test scenarios and test cases Experience with various testing tools and methodologies Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and scrum masters) to identify system requirements Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
