Job Description
- SAP support experience with cross-functional and configuration expertise
- Exposure to ABAP and respective SAP scenarios that exist in the SD/LO module
- Ability to drive functional conversations and presentations with end-user clients for SAP SD modules according to business requirements
- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to outbound delivery postings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify errors in Sales quotations and work with sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient quotation management
- Maintain and update customers Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Resolve issues related to E-Way billing to ensure compliance and smooth billing operations
- Monitor and manage batch job processes to ensure successful execution and promptly resolve any failures.
