About the Job :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle EPM Lead (Technical Focus) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the successful delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion solutions to our clients across the GCC region, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion solutions.

- Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion architecture, including integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud/Hyperion APIs, web services, and data integration technologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure adherence to best practices for data security, performance, and scalability.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning :

- Lead technical assessments and solution design workshops with clients.

- Develop technical proposals and presentations that demonstrate deep understanding of client requirements and propose innovative solutions.

- Conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion.

- Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams during the sales cycle.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Oversee the technical aspects of EPM Planning and Financial Consolidation implementations, including data migration, integration, and testing.

- Mentor and guide junior technical team members.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.

Technical Expertise :

- Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion modules, including Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Consolidation and Close.

- Strong understanding of advanced features such as Data Management, Calculation Manager, and Essbase.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g, Groovy, JavaScript) for EPM Cloud/Hyperion customizations.

- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices.

Client Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client IT teams.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure client satisfaction with the technical aspects of the implementation.

Innovation & Research :

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion technologies.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential application to EPM solutions.

- Contribute to the development of innovative EPM solutions and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion Suite of products.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales and solution architecture for EPM projects.

- Strong technical and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.

- Excellent understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion architecture, data models, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience with EPM Cloud/Hyperion APIs, web services, and data integration technologies.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g, Groovy, JavaScript) for EPM Cloud/Hyperion customizations.

- Experience with cloud computing concepts and best practices.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion are a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Confident and assertive personality.

- Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC Countries.

- Prior onsite project experience in the GCC region is a significant advantage
