Description:

- Experience in implementation of Performance Management Solutions
- Strong technical expertise in IBM TM1 software
- Experience in finance, budgeting and planning implementations
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Exposure to TM1 server installation, administration and configuration is desirable
- Knowledge of Performance Modeler, Cognos Insight , CAFÉ and other Cognos tools is a plus
- Exposure to IBM Cognos BI suite and integration with TM1
- Conversant with Performance Tuning Techniques to address any bottlenecks, improvise the performance and reduce the execution time.

Proficiency in Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio, Analysis Studio, and Framework Manager
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data analysis and create data models to support reporting needs.
Optimize and tune Cognos reports for performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Cognos-related issues.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use Cognos reports and dashboards.
Minimum of 5-810years of experience working with IBM Cognos BI tools.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, DB2).
