Role:
- As a consultant Candidate would be a part of the Strategy Insights & Analytics (SIA) Team, he will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for large, regional, and global clients by working with technology and data.
- He will lead projects, analyse data, and develop strategic recommendations that drive tangible results.
Expectations from the Candidate:
- Problem-Solving & Strategy: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
- Statistical Knowledge: Basic understanding of statistics to interpret data and trends effectively.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modelling, and reporting.
Data Handling:
- SQL Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL for writing and optimizing queries, performing data manipulations, and executing joins.
- Data Automation: Ability to automate SQL queries and streamline data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across diverse industries and problem statements.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, supporting data-driven decision-making for clients.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations that address client challenges and drive long term, sustainable growth.
- Design and execute tailored marketing strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product and Customer Success teams to scope projects, and create relevant solutions for the clients.
- Conduct regular MBRs, QBRs, ABRs and other required reviews with the clients, highlight business metric performance and building action plans.
- Lead and mentor team to create effective marketing strategies and recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations that convey insights and solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Knowledge of SQL (e.g., understands subqueries, self-joining tables, stored procedures, can read an execution plan, SQL tuning, etc.
- 1-5 years of industry experience working as a Business Analyst/ Consultant.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to provide perspective on industry and marketplace.
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on one or more of the following fields: offline marketing activities/campaigns, digital and social media campaigns, loyalty program, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong experience with SQL, R/Python.
- Statistical analysis - basic to advanced.
- Strong experience in CPG / FMCG / QSR / Ecommerce.
- Relevant industry expertise or experience in product, sales, or marketing technology.
- MBA or master's degree with specialization in marketing, statistics, economics, or computer science.
