Aspect Ratio - Consultant - CPG/FMCG Analytics (6-10 yrs)

Aspect Ratio is expanding in the CPG Analytics space and we're looking for experienced candidates to be part of our team. The position requires you to be comfortable working with datasets and in-depth understanding of business and algorithms.

Qualification: 4-year Engineering degree. An MBA degree or any specialized course work in Data Science is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with datasets using MS Excel, SQL and designing solutions using Python/R. Work experience in CPG/FMCG is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience in story-boarding for C-Suite will be advantageous.

Requirements:

Responsibilities of the individual include:

- Effectively lead a team of analysts to meet a clients analytical requirements.

- Manage and meet client expectations.

- Structure ambiguous business problems and devise a mathematical and/or programming solution.

- Execute the solution in the best possible tool or platform.

- Dive deep into data, analyze, and discover patterns/root causes.

- Design robust and scalable prediction algorithms.

Skills required:

- Expertise in Data Science algorithms - in-depth understanding of the math behind the algorithm

- Excellent story boarding skills to present findings to C-Suite executives

- Excellent communication skills

- Passionate about latest technology, trends, with a desire for innovation

- Expertise in Python or R, Tableau or PowerBI

- Expertise in MS Excel & SQL

Areas of delivery for the team include:

- Connect with clients to understand their Data Science needs.

- Use data to answer business questions.

- Create PPT/PowerBI/Tableau to communicate findings & recommendations to senior leadership.

- Build predictive models to drive business decisions.

- Automate existing process to drive efficiency.

- Present results to clients and get buy-in.
