Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Job Profile Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing job structures within SAP systems, creating and mapping job profiles, and ensuring seamless integration across various SAP modules such as Recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), and Succession and Development Planning (SCDP). This role is critical for optimizing organizational design and aligning job profiles with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Job Structure Implementation :
- Design and implement comprehensive job structures tailored to organizational needs within SAP systems.
- Create and map job families, roles, and job codes to ensure consistency and clarity.
2. Job Profile Creation and Mapping :
- Develop detailed job profiles, including long and short descriptions, educational requirements, certifications, and employment conditions.
- Map job profiles accurately to relevant roles and ensure alignment with organizational standards within SAP.
3. Job Profile Layout Design :
- Create intuitive and user-friendly layouts for job profiles in SAP, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for stakeholders.
4. Integration and Impact Analysis :
- Analyze and understand the impact of job profiles on SAP modules, such as Recruiting, LMS, PMGM, and SCDP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and ensure smooth integration of job profiles across SAP systems.
5. XML Expertise :
- Utilize advanced XML skills for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting job profiles in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in XML coding for efficient implementation and maintenance.
6. Consultation and Guidance :
- Provide expert advice on the limitations and impacts of SAP job profiles to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams to align job profile mapping with organizational processes and strategies within the SAP framework.
7. Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of job profiles, mapping processes, and impact analyses.
- Generate detailed reports on job profile usage and its implications across SAP modules.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in SAP job profile management and related domains.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in :
a. Designing and implementing job structures within SAP.
b. Creating and mapping job families, roles, and codes.
c. Developing detailed job profiles and layouts.
- Proficiency in XML for configuring and troubleshooting SAP job profiles.
- Strong understanding of :
a. Job profile integration and behavior across SAP modules such as Recruiting, LMS, PMGM, and SCDP.
b. Organizational impact and limitations of SAP job profiles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and guiding them on SAP job profile implementation.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with SAP HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
- Certification in SAP job analysis or related fields.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they pertain to job structure and profiles.
