We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in KSA and UAE. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and develop a business growth strategy for turnkey Fitout and furniture supply projects, focused both on financial profit and customer satisfaction, to successfully reach new profitable business opportunities.
  • conduct deep research to identify profitable targeted markets (domestic and regional).
  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services
  • Follow, attend, and report key related business events, build relationships with industry partners, suppliers, prospect client, and staying up to date with new trends of the Fitout and furniture industry.
  • Collaborating with SEO digital marketing team, graphic designer, interior & furniture designing team, and coordinate for better search rankings, increase organic traffic to our website, and implement unique effective company image to focus on targeted audience and their needs.
  • Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Maintain healthy long-term relationships with clients.
  • Monthly Activities and quarterly goals achievements reporting.

EDUCATION

  • BSc/BA in business or marketing.
  • Proven Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent English communication skills (speak, read, and write).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales track record
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills (At least at UAE – it is mandatory)
  • Distinctive organizational skills
  • Exploring profitable market to reveal competitors and uncover opportunities to drive success. Spot trends faster using monthly data.
  • Time management and planning skills

  • Highly professional insistence on achieving goals.
  • Problem-solving skills: Overcoming Obstacles in Practical and Professional methods.
  • proven skills and experience in related business market analysis and identifying realistic size of targeted market, related business traffic trends, and corporate demographics.
