Job Title: Senior Manager Production

Reports To: General Manager Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage apparel production processes.
• Supervise and mentor production team for efficient and high-quality output.
• Ensure quality control of fabric and garments, meeting standards.
• Maintain timelines of delivery and production
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and quality control teams.
• Optimize production processes, identify bottlenecks, and reduce costs.
• Procure fabrics and raw materials in coordination with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare regular production reports and updates for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards in the production facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
• Good experience in apparel production, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
