Roles and Responsibilities-

• Follow up with the Buyer as per their need & demand also making TNA and quoting delivery date to the Buyers.
• Familiar with the embroideries all the way through hand, Computer beading sequence material & fabrics. Also sourcing of new belongings as per Customer demand.
• Document with style setup along with the production processer.
• Shortlist suppliers on basis of technical & commercial capability.
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure. flow up regularly.
• Giving planning to production department as per the shipping requirement.
• Coordinate with the production for all quality of dept merchandise
• Looking after printing and dying for Sampling & Production purpose and being manufactured and for timely delivery.
• Keeping production records of different styles on WIP.
• Developing samples for Production styles as required. Proto Fit, Size Set, PP& TOP.
• Co-ordinating with Production Department & Quality Department.
• Updating the Production sheet with daily production status as per requirements.
• All trims ordering along with regular follow-ups.
• Trims and Label online ordering.
• To submit and follow for approval of FPT & GPT.
• Sourcing the fabric & trim as per buyers requirement styles.
• Involvement from sampling stage till shipment.
