Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, including bid solicitation, bidding process, and evaluation criteria.
  
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for tenders to ensure accurate pricing.
  
• Manage the entire tender process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of bids.
  
• Analyze tender results and provide recommendations on successful bids.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in e-tendering, tender documentation, or related field.
  
• B.Sc (Any Specialization) / Diploma (Any Specialization) degree required.
  
• Proficiency in cost estimation, costing, e-procurement, procurement processes; knowledge of government tender procedures an asset.
