Manager/ Sr Manager - Facility (Commercial)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee within the facility, including scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, service contracts, and purchase orders.
• Provide general administrative support in facility operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and liaise with service providers to maintain a high standard of services.
• Manage facilities supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain files and calendars.
• Utilize business software for administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in coordinating office activities, handling calls and visitors, and supporting overall office management.
• Potentially involved in arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and tracking expenses.
