SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Collaborate with clients to gather payroll requirements and configure SuccessFactors ECP accordingly.
Ensure smooth integration between Employee Central (EC) and Payroll (ECP).
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll processing issues, tax calculations, and compliance concerns.
Provide expert guidance on payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing logic.
Support time and attendance integration with payroll systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure legal and statutory compliance for payroll processes.
Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users.
Participate in testing, data migration, and payroll parallel runs.
