We looking for SAP SF RCM & ONB Consultant
Work experience : 3 to 5 Years.
Work location : Remote, India.
Project duration : 12 months & extendable.
Job description :
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on experience in RCM & ONB 2.0.
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB 2.0.
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture, provisioning, and instance management.
- Experience in configuring business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions (RBP).
- Hands-on experience with SF APIs, Integration Center, and middleware (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
- Knowledge of Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Career Site Builder (CSB) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
