SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Support Specialist ( ECC-HRIS )

Role & responsibilities

The HRIS Support Specialist will work in the application support team to analyze, understand, and provide resolution steps for reported incidents via Colliers Service Desk and other incoming support channels. The specialist has a solid understanding of SuccessFactors, BizX Platform, Onboarding and Employee Central Core, Time Management and Position Management, as well as good knowledge about data models, workflows, reports, extensions, and role-based permissions. The specialist will work together with Level 1 helpdesk and directly interact with internal customers when needed. The specialist needs to understand the Colliers ways of working and implemented application modules within SuccessFactors.

Incident and Problem Management

• Manage incident and problem solving dispatched from Level 1.
• Analyse reported issues and perform technical validation for Platform, Onboarding, Employee Central, and EC Payroll issues.

System Maintenance and Support

• Maintain system security roles, launch forms, and manage supporting content (profiles, workflows, and organizational/position management, forms, updates to notifications, templates, business configuration settings, business rules, field labels, etc.

System Improvements and Enhancements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, scope, and test a backlog of system improvements and enhancements to maximize the full potential of the HRIS

Reporting and Documentation

• Support APAC regional and local AU teams with developing new reports and dashboards, troubleshooting when needed.
• Work with reporting management to test and evaluate reports, dashboards, and provide end-user support on these.
• Update workbooks or other relevant documentation. Document/update business processes/maps, training manuals, and quick reference guides.
• Maintain all system integrations and data extracts originating from SuccessFactors to secure file transfer sites.

Preferred candidate profile

• SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning Management, Performance and Goals, Onboarding.
• Solid understanding of HR processes (SAP Leading Practice for Recruit to Retire), policies, and practices
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules: Onboarding, EC (Position Management, Time Management)
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors half-yearly release cycles
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
