Job Description :

Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager for our Lending Platform. The selected individual will be responsible for working closely with multiple banks to design, develop, and deliver D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) financial products using our platform. The role requires a deep understanding of lending products, customer experience, and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Ownership : Act as the Product Owner for the lending platform, supporting multiple banks in building and delivering D2C financial products.

- Client Collaboration : Engage with clients to draft and finalize Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

- Requirement Breakdown : Translate BRDs into user stories and tickets for the development team.

- Customer Experience : Design and achieve intuitive and seamless channel experiences for end-users.

- Documentation & Collaterals : Create comprehensive product documentation, guides, and other collateral.

- Deployment Tracking : Monitor all deployments to ensure that the product is functioning as expected.

- Customer Success : Serve as the Customer Success Manager, ensuring that the platform meets clients' business objectives.

- Continuous Improvement : Work with clients on ongoing enhancement and support requirements, delivering timely updates.

- Subject Matter Expertise : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, providing guidance and insights.

- Launch Management : Follow through on product launches, ensuring clear deadlines and rapid closure of tasks.

- Data-Driven Development : Utilize a data-driven and hypothesis-driven approach to create features and functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on lending products.

- Domain Expertise : Strong knowledge of lending products, digital financial services, and D2C platforms.

- Technical Proficiency : Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

- Customer-Centric : Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer success.

- Analytical Skills : Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and drive product development.

- Project Management : Proven ability to manage product launches, timelines, and client expectations.

- Documentation : Excellent skills in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
