Head - Brand - Business Intelligence/Social Impact Platform

Our client is a business intelligence platform that is looking for a Brand Head to lead the brand building and marketing roll out, bringing to life the brand's large vision and purpose around impacting communities.

Specifically:

- Our clients is looking for a Brand expert who has over 15+ years of experience in building brands, ideally with B2B and B2C experience with a deep understanding of brand strategy, development, and implementation.

- Proven experience with building purpose-led brands, as well as experience engaging audiences in the world of capital while being comfortable working within a startup environment is preferred

- Should have experience in managing brand metrics, tools, modern communication platforms while leading a team

Major Responsibilities:

- Strategy development: Experience in building brand strategy, activation strategy including media, digital activation, events, and other critical launches. It will also include establishing the foundations for a brand team that can grow and scale over time

- Brand development and reputation management: Should be able to lead the brand development and growth story across various channels, do trend tracking, content creation etc. through story telling

- Brand stewardship: Maintaining standards for visual identity, tone of voice, and communications guidelines. This will include building clarity and alignment of voice among internal stakeholders and lead a regular audit of brand application across touchpoints and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of brand building experience, with the ability to steer brand conversation to a global, niche audience

- Strong strategy skills along with ability to execute across new age (digital), below the line, activations is essential

- Prior creative / advertising agency experience is welcome

- Ability manage senior stakeholders and guide the team

- Ability to provide mentorship
