We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team at Connection Point. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to help us generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Facebook ad campaigns from strategy to execution.
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and visuals that align with our brand and target audience.
Conduct audience research to target ads effectively and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results.
Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and engagement.
Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
Stay updated with Facebook advertising best practices, algorithm changes, and trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in running successful Facebook ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and pixel setup.
Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
Creativity in developing ad copy and visuals.
Knowledge of real estate marketing (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
