Team: Value Health KPO


Work Location: Coimbatore


We seek a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our dynamic operations team at Value Health.

What does the Team Manager do?


As a Team Manager, you will guide individuals towards achieving company goals and promoting a positive team culture. You will cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and communication, while equipping team members with the necessary tools for success. You will also strategize and implement initiatives to enhance team performance, productivity and quality of work in the company. You will monitor and improve processes in the company. You will need to communicate clearly with all stakeholders. If you are a confident and dynamic individual who can take charge and lead our team to success, we would love to have you. 


What does your day look like at Value Health Inc?


  • Keeping a keen eye on process and identify areas of improvement.
  • Plans and implements VRA schedules in coherence with RADs schedules and manages substitution process effectively.
  • Proactively identifies gaps in quality, works with quality team to create CAPA, and implements agreed actions effectively.
  • Ensures PTOs of VRAs are planned and attendance / transport roster is up to date along with forecast for at least 3 weeks.
  • Ensures Time sheet Adherence and Integrity
  • Ensures strict discipline is inculcated regarding floor etiquettes, breaks, and adherence to the standard procedures at the start and end of the shift.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and shares/documents the feedback to VRAs
  • Ensure the team adheres to all relevant company and client policies, and report noncompliance immediately to responsible personnel
  • Proactively identifies potential attrition candidates and works with Operations Manager to mitigate.
  • Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the companys vision.
  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
  • Identify and address process inadequacies/quality issues early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions.
  • Recognize and reward good performance, provide feedback, and encourage professional development.
  • Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
  • Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Preferred skills and qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in leadership or other relevant areas in BPO/KPO industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making acumen.

What do we look for in you?


  • Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership or similar role in BPO/KPO industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office/Office 365 and other relevant software programs with expertise in O365 – Excel, Outlook, PPT.
  • Knowledge of VRA best practices and trends for team management.
  • Man management/people person.
  • Understand the process, SLAs, and quality guidelines.
