Job Overview

We are looking for a System and Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and maintaining our companys IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and servers. This is a hands-on role that involves proactive troubleshooting, maintenance, and collaboration with senior IT team members on day-to-day operations, as well as the implementation of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
• System & Network Management: Monitor, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), systems, and server infrastructures. Troubleshoot complex network-related issues, including DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts, and routing problems.
• System Administration: Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management. Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Security & Documentation: Help deploy and maintain IT security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and data protection strategies. Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaboration & Incident Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve IT issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs for incident and problem resolution. Manage incident reports and provide timely resolutions.
• IT Infrastructure Projects: Assist in the execution of IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
• End-User Support: Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and IT services, including remote users. Assist with office equipment configuration and deployment (e.g., printers, scanners, biometric devices).

What We Look For

• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in system administration or network administration, with a solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Advanced certifications like CCNP, VMware VCP, or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are highly preferred.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for complex IT issues.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including US hours, evenings, nights, and weekends, to support global teams.
