What You'll Do:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet business needs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- HR Business Partner (HRBP): Partner with department heads and leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the full employee journey, from a seamless onboarding process to career development, promotions, and offboarding, ensuring employees have the resources and support they need at every stage
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant and that all HR-related documentation is accurate and legally sound
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, and promoting initiatives that enhance morale and productivity
- Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance evaluations, setting goals, and addressing underperformance through coaching and development programs
- Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs, organize learning opportunities, and support employee growth through skill-building workshops, mentorship, and career planning
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in managing compensation structures, benefit programs, and salary reviews, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
