Country Head - HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm (13-23 yrs)

Country Head HRBP

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a large Pan India team of senior HRBPs spread across the country

- Lead a team of People Partners and People Operations team for employee's life cycle, including leading feedback and evaluation processes, employee development plans, on boarding, engagement, talent management and off boarding processes, etc.

- Implement the People strategy, effectively building a competitive advantage and accelerate growth.

- Lead HR strategies and programs to build organizational and individual capabilities aligned to the corporate vision, mission, and culture.

- Build transparent, open and employee friendly environment through employee connect and communication initiatives.

- Work with Key Stakeholders and provide strategic interventions and advise related to Talent attraction, Talent Retention and Development.

- Ensure succession planning and Individual Development Plans identified by individual and their managers.

- Enable goal setting to ensure business goals are aligned and cascaded throughout the organization as per defined schedule and effective performance conversation are implemented.

- Work with with Talent Management & Remuneration teams and deliver effective yearly performance review and pay review cycle.

- Focus on process improvement of People process and employee experience.

- Work with with Talent Acquisition team in achieving business work force requirement.

- Manage budgeting for People function in India aligned with business and finance.

- Champion data driven approach and brings forth recommendations/solutions.

- Lead change and be an advocate for creating a culture that drives business growth and desired objectives.
