Account Assistant

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant at Confisys Solutions LLP in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for recording & managing financial transactions in accounting software, assisting with the preparation of financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• To ensure proper compliance of TDS deductions, payments, quarterly e-TDS returns
• To prepare Monthly & Quarterly Financials in MS Excel using Trial Balance
• To prepare Annual accounts in MS Excel, including notes to accounts, Liaison with Statutory Auditors and providing necessary data clarification
• To provide accounting data for any of the regulatory reporting
• To prepare such necessary reports as may be required by the clients from time to time
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Candidates who have done Articleship, BAF, B.Com, M.Com are preferred
