Configuration Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1) Understand the ticketing system and resolve the tickets within the standard SLAs.

2) Doing impact analysis of change requests before implementation and unit testing post implementation.

3) Handling bulk data requests in MS excel.

4) Maintain excellent data accuracy on daily tasks.

5) Communicate timelines and status of tickets / change requests with various internal teams. (Product, Technology, Customer support)

6) Highlight process improvement opportunities (Process flow, automation, audit mechanism, internal feedback) within the scope of the task assigned to the candidate.

7) Maintaining records of counts and other data of all the requests being worked on.                                                                                                                   

Required Skills:

1) Strong analytical skills.

2) Excellent Data accuracy skills.

3) Good Written and Oral Communication skills.

4) Hands-on practice in MS Excel.

5) Knowledge of basic concepts in SQL queries and relational databases.

6) Knowledge of basic HTML coding is added advantage.
