Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Researcher, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving research and development in artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will explore cutting-edge technologies, develop novel algorithms, and contribute to the advancement of AI solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth research on AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and applications.

- Develop and implement novel AI/ML models and solutions.

- Explore and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and trends.

- Design and execute experiments to validate research hypotheses.

- Develop and refine machine learning algorithms for various applications.

- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Implement and test AI/ML algorithms in real-world scenarios.

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.

- Develop data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.

- Interpret and communicate research findings effectively.

- Document research methodologies, results, and recommendations.

- Present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Clearly and concisely explain complicated concepts.

Required Capabilities :

- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and techniques.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

- A passion for innovation.

- Masters or PhD in a relevant field.

Qualification :
