Role Overview :

As a Python Developer with RPA, you will play a critical role in automating business processes by developing custom workflows and scripts. You will leverage your strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Selenium, along with your experience in RPA tools, to create efficient and effective automation solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

- Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.

- Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.

- Utilize strong Python programming skills to develop and maintain automation scripts and applications.

- Use Python for data manipulation, and integration with various systems.

- Implement and deploy RPA solutions using open-source tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or Open RPA.

- Work with automation anywhere if needed.

- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.

- Document automation processes and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of automation solutions.

- Work with Cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Capabilities :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automation process exposure.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Selenium.

- Hands-on experience working with open-source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or Open RPA.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Automation Anywhere.

- Experience working with machine learning tools.

- Experience with API integrations.

Qualifications :

- B.E/B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field
