Your Job

- Improve reliability and quality of applications by designing SLAs, SLOs, SLIs and enforcing error budgets.

- Measure and optimize application performance.

- Improve observability of applications by configuring monitoring on applications and infrastructure.

- Analyze the applications architecture to assess risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.

- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.

- Conduct Blameless postmortems to proactively prevent repeatable issues.

- Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple applications.

- Develop innovative and scalable solutions to automate IT operations and eliminate toil.

- Drive adoption of self-healing and resiliency patterns such as circuit breaker, bulkhead etc.

- Apply Analytics on historic data, such as incidents and usage patterns, to predict issues and take proactive action.

Your Capabilities :

- Hands on experience in developing dashboards on Splunk and AppDynamics.

- 2-3 years of experience in application support or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Should have knowledge on Microservices Architecture.

- Should have a minimum of 2 year of hands on experience in developing web-based applications (preferred language - Java, Spring Boot, etc.

- Should have basic hands on experience in SQL.

Qualifications : B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA.

Skills : AppDynamics, Splunk, Ansible, SRE, Site Reliability Engineer, Microservice Architecture.
