Role Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy and marketing initiatives for our Trends Division.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and consumer insights, with a proven track record of driving brand growth in a competitive retail environment.
- This role demands a blend of creativity, strategy, and leadership to propel the brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen market positioning.
- Oversee end-to-end brand lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with the division's vision and goals.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Consumer Insights:
- Leverage consumer research and market trends to create data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor brand perception and customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent alignment with the target audience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution of brand initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Establish performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive team success.
Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
