Senior Lead - Finance & Accounts - CA (10-15 yrs)

Job description: Senior Lead - F&A

Qualification: CA with a minimum 10 years of experience (Retail experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory & Cash Operations

- Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures

- Handling Internal & Statutory Audits.

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Manage and comply with reporting requirements and tax filings

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Overseeing invoicing and billing

- Coordinating with government authorities and other key departments

- Additional duties as necessary

Skills and Competencies:

- CA with Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail Industry

- Good Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes. (TDS, GST, Assessments, etc.)

- Advanced computer skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, Outlook

- Ability to conceptualize, design and improve business processes

- Strong problem solving capabilities and management skills

- Team and goal orientated
