Senior Associate - General Corporate (4-8 yrs)

We are urgently looking candidates for the profile of Senior Associate General Corporate with a Leading Full Service law firm in Gurgaon.

Candidate will be responsible for following:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in General Corporate, Corporate Commercial, FEMA transactions.

- Drafting, Negotiating and reviewing the commercial contracts and agreements

- Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity (Due Diligence, Drafting, Negotiation and Deal Closure)

- Provide advisory services on general corporate matters, including compliance, governance, and regulatory issues.

- Advising clients on general corporate matters and queries

- Should be able to handle clients independently.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
