• Job Title: Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain records of vouchers, e-invoices, export invoices, payments, etc
• Handling day-to-day accounting
• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
• Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and
• conducting all other accounting activities
• Reconciliation of bank and GSTR2B
• Raising POs, Receipt note, Purchase Entry and Inventory Management.
• Record and manage all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial entries in ERP and Tally systems.
• Maintaining records of assets and liabilities.
• Updating accounts payable and Receivable.
• Assisting in balancing sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with reviewing income and expenses.
• Preparing regular reports.
• Assisting with other accounting-related duties.

Location: Richmond Town, Bangalore
