Title - General Manager

Location - Sri Lanka

Experience - All round knowledge in accountancy, import, stakeholder management

Purpose/Duties -

1. Having sufficient knowledge to prepare basic financial accounts of the company when required.

2. Coordinating with the Head office in Bangalore with regard to approvals for payments to be made, imports clearance, licenses, etc.

3. Approving online and cheque payments for purchases, taxes, insurance, etc.

4. Sharing details as and when required in a timely manner with banks, auditor, government departments, etc.

5. Coordinating with Sri Lankan company staff to ensure smooth processing of imports, employee visa renewals, etc.

6. Arranging for quotations for items as and when required and coordinating with vendors and clients.

7. Ensuring all renewals such as insurance, annual licenses, etc. are done in a timely manner.

8. Assisting and executing overall office work and having extremely good communication skills, responsiveness and timeliness.

Salary 6.5-8.5 Lakhs. Flexible based on person

Working Days: Monday-Saturday. Sunday Half day

Leave System: Employee will come back to India (if he wants) for 20 days every year. This will be a paid leave payable after completion of one year.

Accommodation: Company leased guest house. Shared with another person in the room.

Food and Conveyance Allowance: Paid in Sri Lankan Rupee. Approximately INR 13,000 per month
