✅ Linux Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Linux server environments (bash).
✅ Scripting: Bash/Python for automation.
✅ Application Server: Apache Tomcat experience.
✅ Production Support: Troubleshoot applications, analyze logs, and resolve issues.
✅ API Testing: Proficiency with tools like Postman, Swagger.

✨ Good-to-Have Skills:
✔ Reporting Tools: PowerBI, Jasper, Crystal Reports.
✔ Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner.
✔ Knowledge of system security, patch management, and vulnerability analysis.

💼 Role Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide production support for critical applications, validate data processing, and resolve system issues.
🔹 Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application performance.
🔹 Collaborate with QA teams to validate and deploy application packages in QA/staging environments.
🔹 Write and optimize scripts (Bash/Python) to automate routine tasks.
🔹 Deploy applications to production, validate deployments, and debug any issues.
🔹 Prepare documentation for support activities, RCA, and processes.
🔹 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
