Walkin | 18 Dec | Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities:

• Analyst will key information from 3rd party estimate into client system regarding vehicle.
• Verify information i.e. VIN and mileage is accurate between information received and Wizard system to match with Car information, photos and Wizard information
• Utilizing AutoText, Analyst retrieves, fair market value (FMP), and downloads information into client system.
• Manage about 5 or 6 queues in the client system and prioritize queues daily based on criteria or data existing in each queue.
• Analyst will reference spreadsheet to gain wholesale values and enter in client system.
• Research any accident information from client system and see if any injuries occurred to properly handle claims liability hold.
• For each rental, Analyst will review for insurance coverage. For any damages with insurance coverage, close out Billing task in client system.
• If no coverage, its customer damage (vs normal wear and tear), indicate to bill customer in client system.
• If no accident information, best guess evaluation will be performed based on photos.
• Timely processing of various documents, according to the accounts process flow
• Make recommendations on the optimization of the process.
• Work with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders on resolving issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable Department
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Night shift is mandatory.
• Proficient in data entry
• Strong customer service/communication skills
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of basic audit principles
