Siebel Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Siebel Technical Lead to manage end-to-end technical responsibilities, ensure governance, and guide a team in delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in driving technical direction, managing workflows, and supporting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical direction, governance, and implementation for assigned modules.
• Mentor and guide 2-3 team members as required.
• Ensure proper integration and implementation of all components of the technical architecture.
• Manage Incident processes and resolutions effectively.
• Conduct business user/stakeholder workshops to gather and analyze requirements, understand As-Is processes, and define To-Be processes.
• Prepare functional specification documents, unit test plans, and test cases.
• Provide UAT support and conduct end-user training for the assigned modules.
• Promote technical best practices and manage the reuse of technical assets.
• Oversee Siebel Workspace Management and Parallel Development processes.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise:
  
• Proficient in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, and Workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel EAI (integrations).
• Experience with Siebel Open UI, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Hands-on expertise in customizing Siebel IP19/IP20 or higher versions.
• Extensive experience in Siebel Workspace Management and Parallel Development.
• Project Experience:
  
• At least 2 end-to-end Siebel project implementations.
• Additional Skills:
  
• Excellent documentation skills for preparing functional specifications, test plans, and test cases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users/stakeholders and provide training.
