Building Management System Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Verify technical design of project at hand

Check feasibility of BOM & Sequence of Operation.

Work closely with project managers to write the database.

Programming all the devices for how they are going to work on site for various systems like Quantum, Athena, Ketra.

Schedule floorplan cleanups and verify them.

Perform software upgrades from older versions of Quantum.

Write Limelight databases by creating SVG drawings.

Work closely with preconstruction team for better design and programming collaboration

Required Skills:

Experience with PLC

Exposure to LMS, BMS or home automation preferably or any industry is also okay.

Good with programming skills.

Knowledge of architectural/construction industry and commercial project process
Proficient in English language (writing and speaking) with clarity of thoughts
Knowledge of automation systems
Knowledge of software AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Illustrator is preferrable
Any relevant experience
