Facade / Site Engineer

Responsible to handle Faade related site works/team handling/folloowups with clients/Autocad drawings understanding/ work execution.
Faade Engineering:
Design Review:
Evaluate architectural designs and technical drawings to ensure faade systems meet project requirements and local building codes.
Provide technical guidance on the selection of faade materials and the integration of faade systems with the overall building structure.
Material Selection and Procurement:
Recommend appropriate materials for faade systems, considering factors like durability, cost, aesthetics, and environmental impact.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source and secure the necessary materials within budget and timeline constraints.
Site Management:
Installation Supervision:
Oversee the on-site installation of faade systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient execution of faade works.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of the faade works to identify any defects or deviations from the approved design.
Implement corrective actions promptly to address any issues and ensure the high quality of the faade installations.
Project Coordination:
Scheduling and Planning:
Develop and manage project schedules for faade works, ensuring alignment with the overall construction timeline.
