Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
• Verify and document all received shipments against purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the inventory management system.
• Maintain organized and clean receiving areas.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Train and supervise receiving staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the receiving area.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse management training is a plus.
• Previous experience minimum 3 to 6 years in a receiving or warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
