About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Migration Specialist with hands-on experience in migrating email systems from Microsoft Office 365 (O365) to other platform.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in email migrations, system administration, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

- Candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and finalize migration processes within set timelines.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end migration process from O365 to Icewarp.

- Assess current O365 Exchange environment and develop a comprehensive migration plan.

- Perform pre-migration analysis, including mailbox data, permissions, and configurations.

- Ensure proper data mapping and migration of emails, calendars, contacts, and other necessary components.

- Set up, configure, and manage Icewarp servers, ensuring compatibility and stability.

- Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and resolving any migration-related issues.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure minimal downtime and data loss during the migration process.

- Monitor and maintain system performance during and after the migration.

- Train and assist users in transitioning to Icewarp, including managing expectations and answering any technical queries.

- Document processes, procedures, and any custom configurations implemented during the migration.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proven experience with email migration projects, specifically migrating from O365 to Icewarp or other email systems.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Exchange Online architecture, mailbox management, and security features.

- Expertise in Icewarp setup, configuration, and administration.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for O365 administration and migration tasks.

- Knowledge of DNS, SMTP, IMAP, and other relevant email protocols.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues throughout the migration process.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
